Deposits

To hold your reservation a deposit is required at the time of booking

*please read cancellation policy

During holidays, certain designated dates and special events a 50% deposit may be required as well as a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights !

Payments

The balance is payable upon arrival. We accept Cash, Traveler checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

No personal checks please!

*Cancellations

Cancellations have to be in writing (email is fine)!
Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days by 12.00 pm prior to arrival except for reservations for
dates between December 20th and April 30th and special events or holidays which require 30 days notice by 12.00 pm
In case of a cancellation within the cancellation period we do charge a processing fee of $15
The deposit will be retained if you do not cancel within the cancellation period
In case of a cancellation of 7 nights or more we do charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the net rate
The deposit will be retained if you do not cancel within the cancellation period
No shows will be charged for 100% of the full stay plus tax in the room category booked
There are no refunds for early departures

Check-in Time is 3 pm Check-out Time is 11 am

Cleaning schedule

* During the low season we offer limited daily service - please check with the management upon arrival!

No service on Sundays! Only fresh towels, soap and coffee!
